In early August, we spent the weekend in Breckenridge and
Vail where we panned for gold, explored hiking trails and enjoyed
some family biking time.

The following weekend we traveleved to Steamboat Springs
with the Metzlers. Over the course of the weekend we enjoyed
a variety of activities including riding the alpine slide, mountain
biking, tubing the Yampa River, family bike riding, hiking Fish
Creek Falls and even taking in a rodeo.

Lastly, we found ourselves back in Grand County for Sheila's
birthday where we enjoyed fabulous spa treatments at Devil's
Thumb Ranch and a birthday dinner in Grand Lake with friends.
