For our anniversary, we took a quick kid-less trip down to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for a little beachside rest and relaxation. We stayed at a very nice boutique-ish hotel, The Villa Premiere Hotel and Spa, which featured great service and several nice touches like a personal jacuzzi tub on our balconly overlooking the water. We spent a few low key days reading by the beach, strolling through town and dining.
