We took a tour of California schools in fall of 2021 as Brendan prepared to transfer to San Deigo State (eventually) Jump To:
Our whirlwind tour of California started in San Diego where we first visited the campus of San Diego State University:
The next day we spent some time in bueatiful San Diego including Mission Beach and Pacific Beach...
We resumed our college tour with a visit to the stunning University of California San Diego campus in La Jolla and a quick jaunt across the way to take a quick peek at the Torrey Pines Golf Course.
We arrived in Los Angeles in the evening and stayed a night in Hollywood taking in the Chinese theatre and the walk of fame. The next day we visited the Griffith Observatory, followed by a few LA area California State Schools (Cal Poly Ponoma and Fullerton - no pictures) and then spent the late afternoon and evening in Santa Monica.
That morning we drove to Santa Barbara to tour the campus of the University of California Santa Barbara in the morning and then drove to San Luis Obispo to visit Cal Poly before coming back to Santa Barbara for the evening.

Back in LA, we made a quick visit to CS Long Beach and took in some iconic LA locations inlcuding Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Laurel Canyon and Mullohand Drive and Venice Beach and more:
